The International Gem & Jewelry Show is this weekend at the Dulles Expo Center. Hours are Friday 12 noon to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm.  Admission is $8 for adults.

Free Family Movie Night (Despicable Me 2) at the Sherwood Center in Fairfax City on Friday, March 14th at 7pm. Our Daily Bread Fairfax will be collecting non-perishable food items for their food pantry.  If you would like to make a donation, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Women in Aviation and Space ~ Heritage Family Day Series at National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly on Saturday, March 15th from 10am to 3pm. Admission is free, parking is $15.

Nowruz, Persian New Year Celebration and Festival Sunday, March 16th from 11am to 5pm at Reston Town Center. Discover more than 3000 years of old traditions, customs and festivity of the Persian New Year (Nowruz) at this 3rd annual celebration and festival. Enjoy music, dance, group performances, and costume characters, along with a Persian Bazaar offering exotic food, goods, arts, and more.
